Community space including 24h/7d gym is always clean and nice. Tyler and his maintenance team come fix anything in my room right after my requests. I enjoy the walkability to stores, cafes, restaurants and the school bus stop in front of the building too. Now, I cannot wait for the summer time when the pool is opening.
Great place to live. When we moved from out of state, the staff did everything to make sure the move is smooth. Office staff are great and very accommodating. Victor did always a prompt and great job of fixing stuff. The premise is well-kept and has a very good gym and pool.

First of all, thanks Rex for all the help with my transfer to a bigger unit within Avalon！It has been a really nice 2-year living in this safe community and also really enjoy the awesome amenities. Can't wait for my new apartment！
Apartments are nice and reasonable for the area. Only major complaint is the lack of AC and no ability to hook up a portable AC unit due to the window style. Would very much like to see the addition of portable AC ports to the units. Kitchen appliances are modern and work well.
Maintenance is always quick and helpful, especially Victor Arenas who is friendly and takes care of my issues.
Lived here for a couple years and must say that it has one of the best community areas I've ever used. It's always clean and the Maintenance staff is top notch. They are so friendly and execute jobs very effectively and on time. Love this place.
The maintenance service at Avalon Newcastle is excellent. Requesting service through the app is incredibly convenient. Victor A, the maintenance staff, demonstrates exceptional professionalism, promptness, and delivers outstanding customer service while also being very personable. Requests are promptly fulfilled within 24 hours, which is highly impressive and greatly appreciated.
I've been here a week and am quite pleased. There is a hiking trailhead in the parking lot. The building is nice and new. The only minor gripes I have are:
1) There is absolutely no free visitor parking.
2) The key fobs are very finicky.
3) Package delivery is not super secure.
The best thing so far is that maintenance staff is exceptional! So far I've met Victor and David, and they both are fantastic. I submitted a few minor maintenance requests right after moving in last week, and they came promptly, fixed everything, and went above and beyond to make friends with my dog.
